Shylah Rodden, 26, is an Australian citizen who wandered on the track of a rollercoaster and got hit by an oncoming carriage.

According to reports, she was looking for her mobile phone when the coaster carriage hit her. The accident left Shylah Rodden in a critically injured condition leading to a medically induced coma.


The Melbourne Accident

The accident occurred on September 25 in Melbourne at the Royal Melbourne show. The impact stuck her hard, and she fell from nine feet above the ground. Her injury included broken legs and arms, a critical head injury, and broken feet.
The family informed that their daughter underwent many surgeries but remained in a coma due to a brain injury. Last week, Royal Melbourne Hospital confirmed that Shylah's condition has been downgraded from critical to serious.
