Frank O’Laughlin of Boston25News.com reported that the receiver is facing “felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery.” While the nature of the alleged altercation remains unclear, Diggs’s legal team appeared in court on Tuesday and is attempting to keep the police report sealed, as per a report by NBC Sports.
