What is Ahsoka about?

Ahsoka is a former Jedi knight and Anakin Skywalker’s rebellious padawan. Ahsoka the series was created by Dave Filoni. It focuses on the story of Ahsoka’s search for Grand Admiral Thrawn.


In her quest, Ahsoka reunites with the Star Wars Rebels team members like Mandalorian warrior Sabine Wren, as well as Hera Syndulla, Ezra Bridger, and Chopper.

In the Star Wars universe, Ahsoka Tano takes it upon herself to investigate an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

When and where will the premiere of Ahsoka be? How many episodes are there?

Star Wars series Ahsoka premieres on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, on Disney+ at 9 pm ET. The series will stream two episodes on its premiere day in one go.

Subsequently, there will be six more episodes in the Ahsoka series, premiering every Tuesday at the same time on Disney+.

The official Twitter handle of Star Wars announced on August 18 after an Ahsoka fan event, "Thank you to all the fans who celebrated with us at our @AhsokaOfficial fan events around the world last night! We’re excited to announce that new episodes of #Ahsoka will now launch Tuesdays at 6PM PT, starting with our two-episode premiere on August 22, only on @DisneyPlus."

Actor Rosario Dawson plays Ahsoka. She made her character debut as Ahsoka on The Mandalorian Season 2 on Disney+. She has also appeared in several Marvel series, including Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, and Jessica Jones as Claire Temple / Night Nurse.

Who plays Thrawn in Ahsoka?
The main character of Grand Admiral Thrawn will be played by Lars Mikkelsen, who earlier voiced the character on Star Wars: Rebels.
