This is for all you 'Star Wars' fans. 'Star Wars: Acolyte' has a brand new trailer that has been released. The new trailer reveals the first-ever live-action lightsaber whip. This has been reported by the Screen Rant. The lightsaber extends outwards and is almost like a whip that can be used against the opponent.


Storyline
This series will see a lead character trying to infiltrate and wipe out the Jedi. In the earlier trailer that was launched, we saw the Jedi facing many challenges as many of them are dropping dead and others are expressing their frustration at the way the order operates in the galaxy. There is a risk unknown to them which is slowly approaching them. Will they be able to stop it?


Where does the Light Saber come from?
In recent times, many versions of the lightsaber have been portrayed in the 'Star Wars' series. These include Kylo Ren’s saber which contains smaller blades at the hilt that make it into a T-Shape.

The Light Saber modification was made in the High Republic Area which perfectly fits in as part of Star Wars: Acolyte.
