Squid Game: Unleashed video game on Netflix release date: Will it drop along with Squid Game season 2?

Netflix will release "Squid Game: Unleashed" video game. This will be a multiplayer game and will be available for iOS and Android users.

The multiplier mobile game from the OTT streaming giant is based on the highly successful Korean show "Squid Game". The game was unveiled by Netflix at Gamescom, as per a WhatsOnNetflix report.

"You win some, you die some. Use skill and quick reflexes to survive twisted competitions in this multiplayer action game inspired by the hit series. Squid Game: Unleashed is coming soon to the Netflix App," the caption for "Squid Game: Unleashed" reads.


However, Netflix is yet to announce the official release date for "Squid Game: Unleashed" video game.

It is likely that the video game "Squid Game: Unleashed" will be released around the same time that of "Squid Game" season 2.


The teaser of the upcoming season of the dystopian survival thriller streaming show "Squid Game" has been unveiled. The teaser shows the players being welcomed in the game as it reveals the numbers of the new contestants. The teaser shows the backs of many participants and confirms the return of Player 456, Seong Gi Hun (played by Lee Jung Jae).

Streaming giant Netflix shared the teaser on Instagram. They wrote in the caption: "Players, it’s almost time—SQUID GAME Season 2 arrives December 26." Earlier, Hwang Dong Hyuk, the director and the writer of the series had shared exciting news about Season 3, which is set to arrive in 2025.
