Although Spire Entertainment, the agency behind the South Korean boy band Omega X, has denied that its CEO verbally and physically assaulted the members of the band, some new evidence has surfaced on the internet claiming the opposite, the media reports claimed.
On October 24, SBS Entertainment first reported the case. The media outlet released a video wherein a woman, claiming to be Spire Entertainment's CEO, can be seen shouting at many men in a parking lot.
In the viral video, one of the band members, Jaehan, can be seen kneeling on the floor and showing signs of panic disorder. The woman, referred to as Kang, yelled at Jaehan and said he should quit singing since he was sick every day. Later, when another band member asked Kang to stop, she said they never cared for her.

The video by SBS showed Kang continuously abusing the band members even as they returned to the hotel. Jaehan's clothes were pulled off and she threw him on the floor. Besides, Jaehan could be seen picking himself up and crying until he got into the elevator.
SBS released the video just after the agency denied the claims of violations made by its CEO. Spire Entertainment did not mention the alleged violence in its official statement. The agency said that there had been a misunderstanding and only apologised for causing the controversy. The official statement did not have any comments from the band members, so the agency faced more backlash from fans.
