South Africa's Skukuza Golf Club in Kruger National Park has different audience - Lions, tigers, wild dogs

Lions, tigers, and other wild animals roam at South Africa's Skukuza Golf Club in Kruger National Park.

South Africa's Skukuza Golf Club in Kruger National Park has become cynosure of all eyes as it is being touted as the "wildest course" in the world, as per a report. Skukuza Golf Club offers a sight to behold for golfers as lions, tigers, hyenas, African wild dogs roam around, as per the CNN report. However, there are strict rules which state that individuals need to sign the activities indemnity form to move beyond a certain point.

In September, the club recorded over 1,000 rounds played, marking the fifth consecutive month of such activity. Members can enjoy a nine-hole round for 77 rand ($4), while non-members and international visitors, who have the option to rent clubs, can partake for 297 rand ($16). The availability of alternative tee boxes, altering hole lengths, provides golfers with the choice to play a full 18-hole round, CNN reported.

Membership, now accessible globally, has witnessed a notable increase, and Rossouw takes immense pride in contributing to the growing popularity of the destination. However, the greenkeeper finds his most cherished moments in the tranquility of the course, particularly when there's no golfer in sight. During these moments, he indulges in a leisurely drive around the course, savoring a cup of coffee.

Meanwhile, Jaguars don't understand borders, but where the United States meets Mexico, they are having to adapt to them. Once the master of the Sonoran Desert, the animal is now struggling to survive in a landscape cut in two by a wall.

The barrier, which former US president Donald Trump boasted he would make "impenetrable," does little to discourage the thousands of people from Latin America, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe who arrive in the country every day, fleeing poverty and persecution.
