Taisuke Sazaki, Fumiaki Suzuki, ex-Square Enix staff, and Yuji Naka, Sonic the Hedgehog co-creator, are arrested.

Three accused purchased the stocks before the announcement and they reportedly acquired shares in the game developer just before the firm announced it was producing Dragon Quest Tact, supposedly using inside information to get a start on the stock before it surged in value.
