SoFi stock price jumps over 10 per cent after SoFi Technologies Inc Q3 earnings report beats Wall Street estimates, check revenue forecast
SoFi earnings: SoFi Technologies Inc's adjusted net revenue surged 44 per cent to a record $1.4 billion in the third quarter, beating expectations of $1.25 billion, according to LSEG estimates.

SoFi Technologies Inc share price jumped 10.30 per cent to USD 15.96 on Tuesday pre-market. SOFI stock at Nasdaq on Monday closed at USD 14.46 in normal trading hours.
SoFi Technologies Inc's adjusted net revenue surged 44 per cent to a record $1.4 billion in the third quarter, beating expectations of $1.25 billion, according to LSEG estimates. Its membership climbed 35 per cent to a record 17.1 million in the quarter. The fintech now expects full-year revenue of $5.04 billion, well above Street expectations of $4.87 billion.
Fintech firms such as SoFi have been challenging traditional banks by expanding their product offerings and using digital-first platforms to attract and retain customers. SoFi said it continues to expect total members to grow by at least 30 per cent year over year.
Its quarterly adjusted profit of 18 cents per share also topped estimates of 16 cents. The company, which has a market cap of about $18.7 billion, said it expects revenue to grow roughly 27 per cent in 2027.
Resilient customers have helped keep credit demand steady despite the pressure from higher borrowing and living costs, giving companies room to expand lending and boost interest income.
"We had exceptional Q3 results against the backdrop of any environment, but they are even more remarkable given how 2026 has unfolded," CEO Anthony Noto said in a statement.
Earlier in October, SoFi Technologies on Thursday launched a "tokenized deposit" product that lets customers earn interest on cash set aside for crypto purchases, while offering protections similar to those of a traditional bank deposit.
Cash held in a SoFi Earn account will generate 4.4 per cent annual interest and be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which protects eligible deposits of up to $250,000 per depositor if a bank fails.
The product moves SoFi into a space historically dominated by non-bank crypto firms. In recent years, funds earmarked for crypto trading were often parked in interest-bearing stablecoins, giving investors a way to earn yield while keeping money ready to deploy.
That model has come under pressure after the GENIUS Act, signed last year, barred stablecoin issuers from paying interest, creating an opening for banks to offer regulated, interest-bearing alternatives through products such as tokenized deposits.
