SNL performs funny take on Herschel Walker's ahead of Georgia run-off election

This weekend, Saturday Night Live (SNL)'s opening sketch mocked the election campaign of Herschel Walker just before Georgia's senate vote. The Sketch opened with James Austin Johnson as Senator Mitch McConnell, Mikey Day as Sen. John Coryn and Cecily Strong as Marsha Blackburn discussing their difficulties with the Republican candidate Herschel Walker played by Kenan Thompson.

The initial interaction consisted of him mispronouncing Mitch McConnell as McDonalds and having fun in the revolving door, which he thought of as a merry-go-round. His colleagues notified him that they might win in the run-off, and he quipped that his ex-wife says all he does is run off. Then he commented on counting the vote by female when he was told that the Democratic representative is narrowly ahead as Georgia had already started counting the vote by mail.




After that, when asked if he had something from the past that could be used against him, he responded there was plenty and went on for a long time, represented by a clock on the wall spinning forward and was concluded by him driving some partner of his to Planned' Parent Trap'. The senators unsuccessfully tried to explain to him to lay low and then asked him for some privacy and tossed a blanket over him, and he fell asleep. As he napped, the senators discussed their options and concluded that he was the last hope to win the election, so they had to switch to plan B and proceed to lock him in the Senator's panic room until the election blew over.
