SNL makes stinging Saturday night satire, calls Donald Trump as America's first elected king
In a latest episode, SNL or Saturday Night Live made a humorous and sarcastic Saturday night satire while terming US President Donald Trump as the first elected king of America or the US and it was extremely significant.

According to NBC News, the sketch began with Miranda's Hamilton delivering a rapping monologue about equality and democracy while stating that ‘In America, we will never have a king’. However, at that very moment, he was quickly interrupted by James Austin Johnson’s portrayal of US President Donald Trump who then cheekily remarked that ‘Never say never’ while claiming he was now in his ‘king era’.
Throughout the sketch, Johnson's Trump made light of various and important topics which even included his inauguration and efforts to end diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the federal government. He also humorously recounted his inauguration as a ‘tremendous success’ and mentioned notable amount of tech billionaires in attendance, asserted NBC News.
As he continued to dominate the stage, he then teased Miranda for being unable to perform his rap and pointed out his proximity to achieving an EGOT award.
The episode then also marked a shift in tone from earlier portrayals of US President Donald Trump while reflecting weariness and cynicism about the current political landscape. Host Timothee Chalamet also performed several songs during the episode, noted NBC News.
