Cast and Characters

Michael B. Jordan plays both twin brothers, named Smoke and Stack. This is his fifth collaboration with Coogler. Jack O’Connell plays the main antagonist, Remmick. Delroy Lindo plays Delta Slim, described as a local hero. Omar Benson Miller appears as Cornbread. The film also features Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Li Jun Li and Miles Caton.

Production Team

Sinners is Coogler’s first original work since “Fruitvale Station.” He also serves as a producer with Sev Ohanian and Zinzi Coogler. Executive producers include Rebecca Cho, Will Greenfield, and Ludwig Göransson. Göransson is also the film’s composer.

The movie reunites several of Coogler’s past collaborators. These include director of photography Autumn Durald Arkapaw, production designer Hannah Beachler, editor Michael P. Shawver, and costume designer Ruth E. Carter. All have previously worked on major Coogler-directed films.
