Singer Gracie Abrams, who was scheduled to perform in Brussels on Friday night, has cancelled her concert due to illness.

In a heartfelt handwritten note shared on Instagram, the 25-year-old stated that she has been advised to take rest.

The Close to You singer, who is being praised for her latest album The Secret of Us, was supposed to perform in front of a sold-out audience at the Vorst National in Belgium's capital city, Reuters reported, adding that the venue can have over 8,000 people.
