A teen girl was killed in a shark attack in Perth's Swan River in Australia.

The girl had suffered fatal injuries from the bull shark. According to authorities, the girl and her friends were on jet skis. The girl likely to jump in the water to get close to a pod of dolphins, as per a Mirror report.
Police authorities for the Fremantle district said the girl was pulled out of the water. However, she was pronounced dead, as per the Mirror report.
Police side that shark usually does not come that far down the river. A shark warning alert has been issued to caution people.
The girl's family resides in Perth and they were informed about the tragic development.
