During the recent tour, Jeonghan's ankle pain escalated. Promptly seeking medical attention, he was diagnosed with the need for surgery. Consequently, he was hospitalized on Wednesday the 13th and underwent a successful ankle surgery on Thursday the 14th. Jeonghan is currently in the process of recovery.

Pledis Entertainment disclosed that the idol had experienced a left ankle injury and has been receiving treatments. Despite this, Jeonghan was committed to joining all of SEVENTEEN's planned activities, managing them alongside regular checkups with medical professionals.

After Jeonghan's surgery, Pledis Entertainment requests fans' understanding, emphasizing the artist's recovery as the top priority.

Jeonghan won't be able to engage in official activities for the time being, including the upcoming SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' TO JAPAN Fukuoka concert and the 'FOLLOW' TO ASIA concerts in Bangkok, Bulacan, and Macao.
