956 people arrested
Selena Gomez's viral video came after 956 people were arrested in a nationwide immigration crackdown in the US on Sunday — the most since Donald Trump returned as the US President — as per the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Several federal agencies, with upgraded detention powers, got involved in the raids across several cities such as Chicago, Newark and Miami, BBC reported.
This comes after 286 arrests were made on Saturday, 593 on Friday and 538 on Thursday.

As per figures by the Migration Policy Institute, Biden's administration carried out 1.5 million deportations during his four years in office.
