Sean "Diddy" Combs' widely publicised trafficking and racketeering trial started on May 12. Diddy’s children were seen walking into a New York court hand in hand, showing their support as his federal crimes trial began.

The music mogul is facing serious charges, and his family, particularly his children, are staying close as the legal battle plays out in public.

While some of his sons are named in lawsuits related to the case, the family remains together. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all counts, including human trafficking and racketeering.

How is Diddy’s family reacting to the trial?

As Diddy’s federal trial began on Monday with the conclusion of jury selection and the beginning of opening arguments, the troubled music mogul's mother, Janice Combs, was spotted arriving at court with his children, Quincy Brown, Justin Combs, Christian Combs, Chance Combs, D'Lila Combs, and Jessie Combs, as per a report by USA Today.

Despite being charged with racketeering, human trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, the rapper's mother and kids have remained supportive.

"We stand united, supporting you every step of the way," his children declared in a joint statement in October, claiming that their father has been criticised on social media for accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have gotten out of control.

Which family members are linked to the allegations?

Several adult offspring of Combs have been linked to his legal issues. Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, a music producer, filed a complaint alleging physical assault and human trafficking against his son, Justin Combs.

The lawsuit alleges that Justin Combs or Diddy shot a man known only as "G." The oldest Combs kid was allegedly present during the argument inside a recording studio, as per a report by USA Today.

Justin Combs is also accused of participating in Diddy's "trafficking venture." According to the complaint, Justin Combs engaged in "freak offs", a term he allegedly used to describe prostitute encounters, and solicited "prostitutes, underaged girls,” as per a report by USA Today.
