Scott Wolf wishes estranged wife on her 49th birthday; Kelley transferred to another rehab and mental health facility amid divorce drama

Actor Scott Wolf wished his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, a happy 49th birthday on Tuesday, despite their ongoing divorce proceedings. Reports from PEOPLE indicate that Kelley was transferred from a Utah-based mental health facility to another rehab and treatment center, where she is expected to continue her treatment for the next six weeks.

Scott, 'The Party of Five' alum, sent birthday wishes to Kelley, sharing a throwback photo of her smiling across a restaurant table. "Happy birthday to you," Scott captioned the photo on Instagram.

The couple, who married in 2004, announced their split in June 2025 after 21 years of marriage. At the time, Kelley described the decision to PEOPLE as 'the most difficult decision of my life'. A few days later, she drew attention again by livestreaming her own police detainment after posting concerning content on social media.

In late August, she was arrested for doxxing Scott, facing two class B misdemeanors for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and one class B misdemeanor for electronic communications harassment.

As per court documents, obtained by PEOPLE, Kelley was ordered not to consume alcohol or controlled substances unless prescribed and to participate in inpatient or outpatient medical or psychiatric treatment.

Scott was also granted temporary sole custody of their children, while Kelley was prohibited from contacting their sons Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11.
