Why Reynolds skipped SAG Awards?
The actor and his partner were not confirmed to attend the awards show. However, fans of Reynolds were hoping to see him at the event since his latest anti-hero film ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ got nomination in the Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble category. The trophy eventually went to ‘The Fall Guy’.According to Radar Online, it seemed like Reynolds was not ready to have all the spotlight on him again after he and Lively, 37, were recently seen together at the Saturday Night Live 50th anniversary special.

Reynolds’ joke about legal drama
Earlier this month, Reynolds and Lively made a red carpet appearance at the Saturday Night Live special. This was their first since the Gossip Girl alum filed a complaint against Justin Baldoni in December 2024.
