The FOO Fighters were formed in Seattle by Taylor Hawkins and David Grohl. It was formed after the suicide of Kurt Cobain. Taylor Hawkins died on March 25, 2022, of sudden chest pain. He was 50 at the time of his death and was vacationing in Colombia when the emergency medical team was summoned after he complained of chest pains. The cause of death was not published, though many rumoured it to be due to drug consumption.
