Los Angeles shot a blistering 56.1 percent from the field and hit 13-of-26 from beyond the arc. Though Cameron Brink didn’t score, she made an impact defensively with five blocks in just 16 minutes.

Caitlin Clark missed another game due to a groin injury. In her absence, Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever (17-13) with 34 points - 21 coming in the second half - as Indiana tried to rally late.

Natasha Howard had 17 points and seven boards, while Aliyah Boston posted 15 points and nine rebounds. Aari McDonald contributed 15 points and six assists.

Indiana trailed 76-64 entering the fourth but cut the lead to six with 2:09 remaining, sparked by hot shooting from Mitchell and McDonald. However, a clutch three-pointer from Stevens with 1:17 left sealed the game.

The Sparks gained control in the second quarter behind strong play from Hamby, building an 11-point halftime lead. The game was briefly interrupted late in the half when a spectator threw a sex toy onto the court - the third such incident in recent WNBA games.
