Rep. Liz Cheney claims Trump allies have been intimidating January 6 witnesses
Rep. Liz Cheney, an attorney of America and a politician, alleged the allies of Trump for intimidating the witnesses of the January 6 attacks. Let’s get to know about this allegation in detail.

She revealed that two of the witnesses confirmed the intimidation. However, she didn’t disclose the identity of the witnesses. The first witness said that the former President Trump allies asked him to continue to be a team player and must protect the one who needs to be protected. The intimidators also reminded him of the time when Trump read the transcripts. He was asked to keep that in mind while proceeding with the depositions and meeting the committee.
According to Cheney, the other witness received the threat on the phone from an unknown person asking to let him know he has his deposition tomorrow. The intimidator tells the witness that he knows he is loyal and will do the right thing while proceeding with the testimony.
In conclusion, Rep. Liz Cheney said that the Americans are primarily aware of the severe concerns that can be caused by trying to intimidate a witness for testifying untruthfully. She also said they would discuss this severe concern with the committee and take the following steps carefully.
However, if these allegations are proved with solid evidence, it can be a very serious concern for former President Donald Trump to intimidate the witnesses.
