Real or Fake? Viral video shows pet dog saving crawling infant from Eagle attack - WATCH

A startling video showing a pet dog battling a fierce eagle with an infant in danger has gone viral on social media. While the footage has sparked widespread attention, it remains unclear whether the clip is AI-generated or depicts a real-life incident. The incident occurred in a park where the kid was with his mother and father along with the family's pet dog. However, the parents were nowhere with the child when that unfortunate incident took place.


The ferocious eagle came in a flash out of nowhere, grabbing the infant and lifting him into the air. Acting quickly, the alert small dog jumped in, gripping the child’s shirt and bravely confronting the eagle, holding it off before it could carry the baby away. As soon as the parents got aware of the incident, the mother ran towards her child in desperation while the father shooed the eagle away.


Eagles possess eyesight roughly eight times sharper than that of humans, enabling them to spot prey from great distances. Their powerful talons (large hooked claws) can exert immense strength, and in rare cases, they are capable of lifting small children or pets. The incident also served as a crucial reminder for parents to always keep a close watch on their crawling infants, particularly when outdoors.
