The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah was sentenced to 78 months or six-and-a-half years in prison. A judge in New York's Manhattan Federal Court ordered after Jen Shah pled guilty to commit wire fraud.

Shah was arrested in March 2021. However, she chose not to plead guilty at that time.

What happened to Jen Shah?

Shah was arrested for her involvement in a telemarketing scheme. The scheme defrauded a large number of people including elderly across the US. In December 2022, federal prosecutors sought a stringent 10-year imprisonment. However, Shah pled for reduced sentence.

Shah also tendered apologies during the court appearance. She acknowledged that her actions hurt innocent people.
