Cody Rhodes stated on Monday Night WWE Raw that 14-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton is finally returning to WWE. Orton is said to return to the ring at Survivor Series. The night's main event was a bout between Jey Uso and Drew McIntyre. The winner would gain an edge for his or her team.
