Quordle 398, February 26: Check hints, clues and answers for today’s puzzle

Quordle uses four distinct words for each guess, similar to a five-letter word guessing game. You are given nine opportunities as opposed to six if you correctly predict all four words. Contrary to appearances, there are really four Wordle games active at once.

This is how to play Quordle for those who are doing it for the first time: Simply start entering a few words. You have nine tries to locate all four of the five-letter words. The catch is that all four words must be played at once.

A letter will light green if it is appropriately positioned for one of the four words. If a letter from one of your predictions is present but incorrectly positioned, the word will be highlighted in yellow.


You can check the keyboard to see whether a letter you used in your guess appears in any of the words after using it. Before taking on the daily challenge, you should periodically glance at the practice games.
