In other words, Bridgerton fans have something to cheer for.
The new limited series spinoff will follow the early years of Golda Rosheuvel's main character of the series, Queen Charlotte. India Amarteifio, who previously appeared in Line of Duty, will play the young ruler in this all-new tale.

According to the streaming site, the series will focus on Queen Charlotte's ascent to notoriety and power. The Bridgerton-verse prologue will recount the narrative of how the young Queen's marriage to King George triggered both a great love story and a cultural upheaval, resulting in the world of the Ton inherited by the characters in Bridgerton.

Charlotte was also shown wearing an enormous crown, stunning jewelry, and a magnificent robe beneath a white, complex gown in a first look posted by Netflix. It's a look fit for a queen.
Fans will also be pleased to learn that Golda, the original actor, who played the queen, will assume her role in the spin-off.

It will undoubtedly be filled with passion and drama. It will take place in the world of Bridgerton, so you will witness how they got to where they are now. She'll be joined by Adjoa Andoh as Lady Agatha Danbury and Ruth Gemmell as Lady Violet Bridgerton. The young Violet Bridgerton, who is being played by Connie Jenkins-Greig, is described as a compassionate and curious adolescent. Michelle Fairley joins the cast as Princess Augusta, with Corey Mylchreest as young King George and Arsema Thomas as Agatha Danbury.
