Producers Guild Awards 2024: All you need to know

Producers Guild Awards 2024 will be organised at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles, California on February 25 next year. The announcement was made by Producers Guild of America Presidents Stephanie Allain and Donald DeLine on Wednesday.

The 35th annual Producers Guild Awards will be held one day after the SAG Awards. The next year’s Academy Awards will be held on March 10.

Last year, at these awards, Tom Cruise was honored with the David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures, Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy with the Milestone Award, Mindy Kaling with the Norman Lear Achievement Award in television and the film Till with the Stanley Kramer Award.


The White Lotus, The Bear, Everything Everywhere All At Once, Navalny and Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio received top honors.

Producers Guild Awards 2024: Nominations’ announcement

The nominations for these awards will be announced in three bunches. For Documentary Motion Pictures, it will be done on December 12. Sports, Children’s and Short Form will be carried out on December 15 and Theatrical Motion Pictures; Animated Motion Pictures; Television Series/Specials; Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures on January 12.

Producers Guild Awards 2024: Eligibility Period

The eligibility period for these awards is from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. It includes Documentary Motion Pictures; Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures; Television Series/Specials; Theatrical Motion Pictures; Animated Motion Pictures; Sports Children’s and Short Form.

For documentary motion pictures, the submission date for screener is September 1, 2023 (Friday).

For Sports, Children’s and Short Form, it is Thursday, November 30, 2023, and Television Series/Specials and Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures on Thursday, December 14, 2023, and Theatrical Motion Pictures and Animated Motion Pictures on Thursday, December 21, 2023.

For Sports, Children’s and Short Form, it is Thursday, December 14, 2023 (2:00 pm PST) and Television Series/Specials; Animated Motion Pictures; Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures, Theatrical Motion Pictures on Thursday, January 11, 2024 (2:00 pm PST).
