Pregnant Meghan Markle twerks in hospital room in throwback video before daughter Lilibet’s birth

Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, shared a personal video on Instagram to celebrate her daughter Lilibet's fourth birthday on June 4, 2025. The video, filmed in 2021, shows Meghan and Prince Harry dancing in a hospital room as they awaited Lilibet's birth.

In the clip, Meghan, then pregnant, dances to Starrkeisha's "The Baby Momma Dance," a song popular on TikTok. She wears a black maternity dress and moves playfully next to her hospital bed. Prince Harry joins in, dressed casually, adding to the lighthearted moment.

Meghan captioned the post: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates... so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work - there was only one thing left to do!"

Earlier that day, Meghan posted rare photos of Lilibet, including black-and-white images of her as a newborn and a toddler. She also shared a picture of Prince Harry holding Lilibet, highlighting their close bond.

In her message, Meghan wrote: "Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives - and each day ... . Thanks to all of those sending love ... !"

Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born in California in 2021. She is named after Queen Elizabeth II's childhood nickname and Princess Diana.

The family resides in Montecito, California, and has shared select moments of their lives through social media and Meghan's Netflix series, "With Love, Meghan."

To celebrate their anniversary last month, Meghan shared a glimpse of her love story with Harry on Instagram.


"Seven years of marriage, a lifetime of stories," she captioned a photo of a corkboard filled with memories from their courtship, engagement, and marriage.


The royal couple also seems to obscure their child's faces in photographs to protect their identity, a common practice among Hollywood celebrities.
