The Pokémon Company has said that it will be creating the stop-motion anime series Pokémon Concierge in honor of Pokémon Day 2023. Netflix has dropped a teaser trailer of Pokémon Concierge. On that day, other forthcoming Pokémon initiatives were also unveiled, including the Pokémon Sleep app, the DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and the Pokémon Trading Card Game Classic set.
Where is Pokémon Concierge streaming?
This next anime, which will debut on Netflix, has a home there, much like with Pokémon Journeys and several Pokémon movies. At this point, it is uncertain if the show will be shown on any other platforms.
What is Pokémon Concierge’s story?
The show will feature "Haru, a young lady at the Pokémon Resort, and her interactions with Pokémon and their owners who visit as guests," according to the logline for the program. It's basically a kid-friendly adaptation of The White Lotus, although it's unclear whether it takes place in the same world as the well-known anime starring Ash and his sidekick Pikachu.
Which Pokémon characters will be in Pokémon Concierge?
Other than the heroine Haru and her buddy Psyduck, no additional characters from the series have been revealed. Psyduck feels like it should serve as the show's mascot in the same manner as Pikachu does for Ash's anime series given the latter's fame and visibility within the Pokémon brand.
