Here are some ways by which you can find out what motherboard your laptop comes with:

Using Command Prompt (cmd)

Type cmd in the Start menu or simply press Windows key + R and type cmd to launch Command Prompt
Type the following command: wmic baseboard get product, manufacturer, version, serial number and press Enter.

Using Windows System Information

Launch Run using Windows key + R
Type “msinfo32” and press Enter
A window will appear
The motherboard information can be found next to BaseBoard Manufacture, BaseBoard Product and BaseBoard Version.

Using CPU-Z

Download CPU-Z from its website
Launch CPU-Z
Navigate to Mainboard Tab

Using Belarc Advisor

Launch Belarc Advisor
Once the necessary steps are complete, upon completion a result window will appear
Locate a heading which goes by “Main Circuit Board”
