Paulina Porizkova discusses her connection with Cars singer Ric Ocasek, including their time together and their subsequent breakup, his untimely death, and the revelation that she was not included in his will. She stated that she discovered a sealed envelope in her closet containing the words "here is the will and testament" while selecting clothing for her coffin.

They were still living together after he had surgery to remove a dangerous tumor, and Pironkova claims she was taken aback by the charge at first. They have two sons, Jonathan Raven (age 29) and Oliver Orion (age 24).


Ocasek and Porizkova were married in 1989, and as of 2017, they are no longer together. They had already begun the divorce process before Ocasek's death at age 75.



The musician passed away on September 15, 2019, in his New York City residence. An autopsy revealed that he had a chronic lung condition and a buildup of lipids, high BP, cholesterol, and other problems in his arteries; ultimately, these factors all contributed to his death the next day.
