Passenger plane crashes into Tanzania’s Lake Victoria, 15 rescued

The plane was trying to land at a lakeside city, Bukoba's airport when it crashed into Tanzania’s Lake Victoria. It is unclear how many total passengers were on board. However, authorities have rescued around 15 people as of now. It remains undetermined if there were any fatalities in the Precision Air flight's accident. Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation said the plane departed from Dar es Salaam, the commercial capital, and fell into the Lake this morning because of heavy rain and storms.
