ParkMobile has agreed to a $32.8 million settlement following a data breach. Of this amount, $9 million will be allocated for cash payments to class members, and $300,000 will go towards administrative fees. Additionally, $21 million will be made available as in-app credits for users who choose not to receive cash.A further $2.5 million will be used to enhance ParkMobile’s security measures to prevent future breaches. The settlement is set to be officially approved in a hearing scheduled for March 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
