New Tank Hero

Overwatch introduces a new Hero every two seasons. In Season 14, the Tank role gets a new character named Phreak. He was first officially teased in the Season 13 trailer, where his Scottish accent was revealed.

Concept art shared by Blizzard shows that Phreak was part of early Overwatch designs. The artwork includes him alongside familiar characters like Hanzo and Symmetra.

In older concept materials, three abilities were listed for Phreak: Cannon, Stomp, and Attract. These abilities might have been modified before the Season 14 release.
