Eight Overwatch 2 heroes will receive new crossover skins. These skins were shown in an animated trailer during Evo Japan 2025. Each Overwatch hero is matched with a Street Fighter character. The pairings are listed below:

Hanzo will get a Ryu skin.
Winston will appear as Blanka.
Soldier 76 will wear a Guile-themed skin.
Sigma will take on M. Bison’s look.
Widowmaker’s new skin is based on Cammy.
Kiriko’s skin will reflect Juri.
Juno will be dressed as Chun-Li.
Zenyatta will resemble Dhalsim.

Visual Effects

The crossover trailer shows each hero with bold visual effects. These animations mirror Street Fighter’s Drive Rush and Drive Impact mechanics. It is not yet confirmed whether these effects are included in the actual game. They may have been used just for the trailer. The developers wanted to reflect the style of Street Fighter. Associate Game Director Alec Dawson is also attending Evo Japan, showing the team’s connection to the fighting game scene.
