"The Employer and the Employee", starring Nahuel Pérez Biscayart from "Persian Lessons" and "BPM (Beats Per Minute)," follows the lives of an employer named Rodrigo, aka Pérez Biscayart, and Carlos, aka Cristian Borges, a worker on Rodrigo's father's large estates and the teen son of a land laborer. Rodrigo hires Carlos despite the fact that the latter has neither experience nor a licence because he is in desperate need of a skilled driver for one of his combined harvesters. This ultimately results in an accident, whose aftermath is shown throughout the remaining portions of the movie.
