One Piece live-action series to be on Netflix soon; Here’s all you need to know
One Piece live-action series on Netflix is set to release on Netflix sometime this year and on Monday, the streaming giant released a visual teaser for the same.

One Piece live-action adaptation is based on the manga which was created by Eiichiro Oda. The first season of the series will adopt the East Blue arc and it will begin with Luffy’s journey as a pirate. The official Twitter account of Netflix and One Piece live-action have unveiled the visual teaser for the series showing Goday as Monkey D. Luffy revealing that the Netflix adaptation of the series will release in 2023.

The shooting for the series reportedly ended in August 2022 and the first two episodes were confirmed to be finished as of May 2022. A trailer premier is also expected at Netflix’s Geeked Week 2023. Hence, reports have stated that fans can expect the series to be released in late summer or early fall of this year.While a confirmed date is yet to be announced, fans appeared impressed by the visual teaser released by Netflix on Monday, January 30 which showed the main members of Straw Hats Pirates looking towards The Going Merry which is anchored on the horizon. However, some internet users had a different opinion and said that they would still prefer anime.
