This picture of him sleeping in a park was posted by Saudi rower Husein Alireza, and the location was tagged near the premises of the Olympic Village quarters. Poor food and staying conditions, says Ceccon

Athletes need to be well-rested in order to perform to their maximum potential and their meals also need to be adequate and healthy, as per their required diet. But, instead, there are complaints by Ceccon that there is no air-conditioning within the Olympic Village and the food quality is also sub-par. According to NY Post, he went on to claim that these poor facilities for the athletes actually compels them to move elsewhere and look for accommodations beyond their assigned living quarters.

It is yet to be seen how organizers resolve these issues as there is just a week remaining for the Games to be officially over. Meanwhile, the air-conditioning concept has been announced earlier by the organizers, claiming environmental sustainability, and for that very reason Team USA had to carry their own AC units to the Paris Olympics Village.
