According to the reports, the three officers were on duty to serve an arrest warrant when they got wounded by the bullets. He started firing at the officers blocking him in the backyard, and they responded to his bullets.
One SWAT officer was shot in the leg, another in the hip, and a third officer got shot in the chest.
