'NO THANK YOU' by Little Simz releases today

Little Simz just released her latest album "No Thank You", on December 12. She unexpectedly revealed the album last week, with a release date of today! It came with no advance singles and little specifics other than the fact that it was created by her longtime collaborator Inflo, the man behind SAULT.

Little Simz, a British rapper, released a fantastic album like, "Sometimes I Might Be Introvert", last year, which was the Album Of The Week at the time and went on to win the UK's renowned Mercury Prize.

The announcement was accompanied merely by the profound statement: "Emotion is energy in motion". “Respect your emotions and your truth. Get rid of fear. Boundaries are essential”. ‘No Thank You’ is currently available at Forever Living Originals/AWAL.


The new album features the songs "Heart On Fire" and 'X', as well as the opener 'Angel', which is dedicated to model Harry Uzoka, who was slain in 2018.

Simz' long-time collaborator, Inflo - who is a part of the R'n'B band SAULT and created three songs on Adele's recent LP '30' - produced the 10-track LP, and the duo built on the success of prior releases with this emotionally-charged appearance.



Meanwhile, the 28-year-old actress is focused on her acting career, having previously portrayed Shelley in Netflix's reboot of 'Top Boy,' among other projects.

She recently said in an interview that "For me, the aim is to be stretched out, not repetitious". Due to budgetary limitations, the singer-rapper was forced to delay her US tour earlier this year.
