Kidman's Generosity

Kate Horton, who produces “The Music Man”, expressed her appreciation of Kidman’s generosity. She also said that it would be appreciated by the entire Broadway community.

Broadway Cares executive director Tom Viola was happy that though the charity has many friends, Hugh Jackman is one of their greatest champions. He said that the huge donation given by Kidman would mean that they would be able to provide 20,000 meals and 2,000 doctor visits for those living with HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, or other life-threatening issues. He stated that this was the highest bid ever for any item that they had auctioned.
