Nicola Bulley’s partner has stated that the family will never abandon their search for the missing mother-of-two. Paul Ansell described the experience as "unprecedented hell," but emphasized that his hope and determination remain unwavering. He said, "Nikki would never give up on us, and we won't give up on her. We will find her."

Paul also said that there must be a way to uncover what happened. You can't just disappear into thin air while walking your dog by a river. “Something occurred that day, something.”

A vehicle was spotted close to the walking route of Bullet in the morning of her disappearance, parked in a lane near the school where she dropped off her two daughters. A witness described the vehicle as a faded red, high-sided Renault or Transit. The individual stated, I don't know if this van is connected to Nicola's disappearance, but something caught my attention and I felt the need to inform the police.

A witness, who wished to remain anonymous, reported seeing a van in Hall Lane around 9:40 am and stated that it appeared suspicious, but it didn't mean anything to him at the time. The family and friends of Bulley have disputed the police's theory that she possibly fell into the water while taking her dog for a walk after dropping her children off at school on January 27.

The underwater search specialist brought in to assist with the search said that the case is a complete enigma after they were unable to locate any signs of her. Peter Faulding and the team from Specialist Group International have been conducting a rescue operation and searching the area near the bench, which the police consider to be the point of entry where Bulley may have fallen into the water.

However, after a comprehensive and exhaustive search of the areas assigned to them by Lancashire Police, their three-day involvement concluded on Wednesday with no trace of Nicola being found. When asked about his thoughts on what may have happened to her, Peter stated that it is a “total mystery” for him and he has no idea.
