Unfortunately for him, the staff in a Glasgow hospital recognised him by his distinctive arm tattoos. In October 2021, he was arrested at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow. He had checked into the hospital as Arthur Knight in October 2021 when he suffered from Covid-19. He claimed that he was an Irish orphan. He was declared as Mr Rossi by an Edinburgh Sheriff Court earlier this month. The court made the decision based on evidence matching his face, fingerprints and tattoos.
