San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle was caught in a mic’d-up segment making a joke about tight ends having their own holiday. This year, 49ers teammates Christian McCaffrey, Ross Dwelley, Charlie Woerner and Kyle Juszczyk joined hands for a hilarious National Tight Ends Day music video featuring them hanging out in a convertible.
They sang a song, "We move/ We pivot/ We catch, pass and we hit it/ Just cruise/ No gimmicks/ We’re the tight ends, let’s get it."

NFL launches ‘National Tight Ends Day’ in 2019
‘National Tight Ends Day’ began with the 49ers edging the Detroit Lions in Week 2 of the 2018 NFL season with help from Garrett Celek and Kittle. In that game, Celek scored an 11-yard touchdown in the third quarter, and Kittle said a conversation between the two tight ends and quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo sparked the idea of National Tight Ends Day.
After this, the NFL decided to take the 49ers’ idea forward and make it a league-wide festivity beginning in 2019.
