New Year's Eve: Different ways to watch Times Square ball drop

You may watch the ball drop on the 2023 New Year's Eve on the official Times Square website, Facebook page, and Twitter feed.

The Times Square ball drop is back in full capacity to commemorate 2023 after two years of curtailed activities. Viewers may once more observe a crowded scene as the sparkling ball makes its descent to usher in the new year. Here's how to watch it live.

Starting at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT, there are games, a simulated Times Square, and live broadcasts of several feeds of the ball drop. Additionally, you may watch a more streamlined live webcast of the ball drop on the Times Square Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as the official Times Square and Times Square Ball websites.

Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve will continue its longtime tradition with presenter Ryan Seacrest and returning co-host Liza Koshy as they broadcast live from Times Square.

Singer Jessie James Decker will perform in Times Square alongside famed R&B group New Edition, BTS member J-Hope, and TikTok sensation Jax. Jax, a TikTok sensation, and Duran Duran will also perform.

The programme will also feature live broadcasts from Times Square, New Orleans, Puerto Rico, and Los Angeles. The event will be presented by actor Billy Porter in New Orleans and actor Roselyn Sanchez in Puerto Rico (hosted by DJ D-Nice). A number of pre-recorded performances at Disneyland by pop artist Ciara will also be included.

The live stream of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve will begin at 8 pm local time for subscribers to ABC.
