The files are part of more than three million pages released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. They include investigative records, flight logs, and victim statements. As with many names appearing in the documents, Leach is referenced in the context of allegations that were never tested or proven in court, as per The Sunday Guardian report.

According to the complaint, which details allegations dating back to the 1990s, Leach is named alongside Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump. The document alleges that the individuals were involved in a sex party brokered by Ghislaine Maxwell at a Trump golf course in California between 1995 and 1996.

A separate section of the same complaint contains an additional allegation claiming a victim witnessed Leach “strangled a young girl to death at a party," as per the The Sunday Guardian report.

No criminal charges were ever brought against Robin Leach in connection with Jeffrey Epstein or any other matter. The allegations contained in the complaint were not adjudicated during his lifetime, and Leach died a year before Epstein’s federal indictment in 2019, as per the The Sunday Guardian report.
