"The Smile" announces a new album called "Wall of Eyes" which will come next year. After the release of the album the band will go on a European tour.

The album's title tune was also released by the trio, which included drummer Tom Skinner, Thom Yorke of Radiohead, and Johnny Greenwood. Paul Thomas Anderson filmed the album's black-and-white music video.
The Smile will launch a headline European tour shortly after the release of their new album. The tour will start in Dublin on March 7 and will end in London on March 23. The cities that the band will go to are Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Copenhagen, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Dates for North America are still pending.
"Wall of Eyes," which was recorded at Abbey Road and Oxford Studios, was mixed and produced by Sam Petts-Davies. Eight tracks make up Smile's sophomore album, which is a follow-up to 2022's "A Light for Attracting Attention." One of the songs, "Bending Hectic," was published in June following the band's live debut at the 2022 Montreux Jazz Festival.
