According to an NBC News report, more than a dozen former associates of a wellness company requested a temporary restraining order and direction to Netflix to blur out redact imagery from the documentary.

The plaintiffs have alleged that a former videographer for "OneTaste", Chris Kosley, had secretly siphoned explicit videos to a documentary filmmaker. However, whether the same videos were used in Orgasm Inc. remains unconfirmed. Kosley was fired in 2016, and the plaintiff alleges that he misappropriated recordings from private retreats, workshops, and tutorials.
