As September comes to a close, Netflix has lined up an exciting bouquet of new releases and other shows for the next seven days for the viewers of the streaming platform.

The Eagerly Awaited Biopic

One of the most awaited releases this month is the Marilyn Monroe biopic, Blonde (on air Wednesday). Ana de Armas plays the role of Monroe. Though a biopic, the script is mainly fictionalized. Unique cinematography, mostly in B&W and some in color, makes it attractive to the viewer. Besides the old timers and fans of the iconic actor, Monroe, anyone interested in the history of American cinema must see Blonde.

A Thriller for the Weekend

The Gerald Butler movie Last Seen Alive hits Netflix on Saturday (October 1). The film comes to a streaming platform for the first time as a licensed release. The action drama is about a man's search for his wife, who goes missing at a gas station. The search leads the protagonist into a dark path where he is forced to take the law into his own hands. Coming on Tuesday is the Rob Zombie-produced, written, and directed film, The Munsters. The 2022 version is based on the 1960’s sitcom of the same name. The film is considered by many as Netflix’s 2022 Halloween line-up!
